Safe Operation of LPG Storage Tanks: To prevent overheating and overpressure in LPG storage tanks, their operating pressure and temperature should be controlled. The causes of overheating and overpressure in LPG storage tanks are as follows:

(1) Operational Errors: To prevent operational errors, labels should be placed on key operating devices, clearly indicating the opening and closing direction, opening and closing status, and precautions for valves, etc.

(2) Overfilling of Liquefied Gas: Measures to prevent overfilling include: strictly filling according to the prescribed storage capacity; if overfilling is found, the excess should be immediately removed; all instruments used for filling must be inspected regularly, and level gauges must be cleaned regularly; any residual liquid in the container should be included in the filling volume and its weight should not be ignored; when the ambient temperature rises, spray cooling should be carried out.
