Benefits of LPG Pump
Cavitation Prevention through Innovative Cam Design
LPG pump advanced cam design technology virtually eliminates cavitation, ensuring smooth and stable operation even under extreme conditions, such as high-demand commercial lpg gas transfer pump. This feature is crucial for preventing pump damage in locations with fluctuating gas pressures or heavy usage, ensuring continuous, reliable fuel dispensing.
Enhanced Durability with New Materials and Heavy-Duty Bearings
By utilizing state-of-the-art materials in the cam and blades, combined with heavy-duty bearings, LPG pumps achieve extended service life. This is especially advantageous for industrial facilities and high-traffic gas stations, where equipment longevity and durability are critical to reducing maintenance costs and ensuring uninterrupted service over time.
High-Speed Operation with Non-Metallic Pins and Easy Maintenance
The use of large diameter non-metallic pins enables LPG pump to run at high speeds, maximizing fueling efficiency. This is particularly useful for large refueling operations, such as fleet management centers and busy urban gas stations. Additionally, the easy-to-replace single mechanical sealing simplifies maintenance, reducing downtime and improving overall operational efficiency.

Application of LPG Pump
Petrochemical:
LPG pump are widely used in oil refining, chemical industry, catalysis and other fields, and have excellent adaptability for conveying special media such as high pressure.
Shipbuilding:
LPG pump for cylinder and tank are most widely used in the shipbuilding industry, used to treat various liquids produced by seawater, oil, sewage, fire, etc.
Metallurgy:
For cooling, purification, and conveying liquids in the metallurgical industry.
Electricity:
LPG pump can be used in power stations, especially for conveying coolants and boiler feed water.
Working Principle Of LPG Pumps
A LPG pump consists of a stator, rotor, baffles, and vanes forming a sealed cavity. The stator surface is a composite curve. As the rotor rotates, the cavity volume changes, creating negative pressure to draw in the medium. Subsequently, the volume decreases, forcing the medium out. It is a key piece of equipment for loading, filling, and transferring liquids. It is a positive displacement vane pump. Its working principle involves the centrifugal rotation of the vanes. The stator, rotor, baffles, and vanes form a sealed cavity. When the stator rotates, the inlet cavity volume gradually increases, creating negative pressure and suction, thus drawing in the oil. After the rotor rotates a certain angle, the volume gradually decreases, forcing the oil out.
