Excellent safety performance: As the core facility for storing flammable and explosive gases, the structure adopts a double-layer protection design. The inner layer is made of high-strength alloy steel material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and compression resistance. The outer layer is protected by insulation material and anti-corrosion coating, effectively isolating the influence of external environment on the medium inside the tank, ensuring stable operation under extreme temperature and humidity conditions. Equipped with multiple safety devices, including emergency shut-off valves, safety valves, liquid level gauges, etc., real-time monitoring of pressure and liquid level inside the tank effectively prevents leakage and overpressure risks. During the manufacturing process, the main weld seam is 100% X-ray inspected, and the connection pipe and flange welding are 100% surface penetrant inspected. Before leaving the factory, each unit passes a 2.22MPa water pressure test and a 1.78MPa air tightness test to ensure zero leakage risk.

Efficient storage: The internal design of the LPG storage tank has been optimized to reduce media residue and improve storage utilization. At the same time, efficient insulation layer design is adopted to reduce the evaporation loss of LPG and ensure the economy of energy storage.

According to different usage scenarios, it can be divided into two types: aboveground and underground: aboveground storage tanks are easy to install and maintain, suitable for factories, hotels, or small gas supply stations; Underground storage tanks pay more attention to safety and aesthetics, and are commonly used in residential areas, scenic spots, or places with higher fire safety requirements. Regardless of the form, it must pass the national pressure vessel certification and be equipped with multiple protection systems such as safety valves, level gauges, pressure gauges, emergency shut-off devices, etc. The specifications are flexible and diverse, ranging from small commercial tanks of 5 cubic meters to large industrial tanks of 200 cubic meters or more, which can be customized to meet different needs from single household gas supply to regional centralized energy supply.
